Limp mode under heavy load

I have 650i gran coupe, it has a brand new engine from the dealer, it has down pipes and intake with a bm3 stage 2 tune. Recently while i’m on the highway and floor it around 80mph my car goes into a limp mode and starts sputtering. i turn it off and it goes away. hpfp are both new from bosch, spark plugs and coils are brand new, vacuum lines and o2s are also new. I’m not sure on what it could be, these are the codes that i got. Posting to see if anyone had a similar issue. the first picture is for DME 1 and the second picture is for DME 2.

If its from the dealer, worth asking them to have a look at it first
