anyone running Motul coolant in their car?

Is Motul coolant really going to lower the temperature of the engine?
How much coolant and water should I refill after drain the old coolant?
How's Motul coolant compare to BMW coolant?

Dont bother, just use bmw coolant say 45 55 or 40 60 w redline water wetter
