Looked around on the internet and seems like on the VW turbos they use a clip on the linkage to reduce the rattle. So i went to Ace Hardware and got myself a #61 spring for $2.10. Hooked it between the arm and heat-shield. Its a very light tension so it should be fine.
Seems like my rattle is reduced 80% still have some but i think it coming from the front turbo.

I'd like to try this. Was it easy to get to the rear turbo? Did you have to take any parts off the car to get to it? Thanks
