Exclamation Front sway bar bush

Hi, i own and F34 and i have in issue with the front sway bar.

Its the classic knok, 100% from the sway bar and still, low speed and patholes and i litteraly dont know how to replace them without removing the whole front drive train.
I thinking about using a dremel tu cut in little pieces the bush (already have Powerflex replacement) and clean the residue to make a flush surface, but can be actually worth?

I know that they are "bonded" on the bar, so this can actually be the only way without removing the whole front, give me some tips please
